Neat, well-educated, and seemingly meek, Paley reacts with sudden violence when provoked. Arrested and charged with first-degree murder in 1993, Paley escaped by playing dead and then making a run for it. Possibly armed, and considered dangerous. May be working in a hospital, clinic, or nursing home. Approach with caution.
MAXWELL "MAX" DENT
A dapper gent who mingles with high society, "Max" leads a double life as the ringleader of a gang of high-tech thieves. Not particularly dangerous, as he prefers to have others do his dirty work for him, "Max" nevertheless has been known to shoot or run over people with a car when cornered. Though he has possibly been deceased since 1987, authorities fear that he may not have received enough lethal injuries to really be dead. May be frequenting fancy parties and race tracks in the company of a tall, scary blonde.
KLAUS
alias "QUENTIN"
Ex-treasury agent wanted for attempted robbery of a treasury building. Prides himself on being something of an escape artist. Although Klaus thinks twice before shooting, don't take any chances. Approach with caution.
DR. CARL WESSINGER
Armed and extremely dangerous, Wessinger shoots to kill without provocation. Last seen fleeing from an explosion, Dr. Wessinger has a history of faking his own death and may be working incognito in a genetics laboratory on the island of Dr. Moreau.
CAPTAIN STOLTZ
A sadistic murderer, Captain Stoltz was shot in 1989 but may have only recieved a flesh wound. Considered dangerous only to those who threaten the political status quo, Stolz should nevertheless be approached cautiously in all circumstances, as he is one wily bastard.
MAJOR MULLER
Wanted for kidnapping, aggravated assault, and willful violation of the Geneva Convention, Major Muller was reported to have been assassinated in 1996. Law enforcement officials are seeking confirmation of his death.
CHARLIE DOWD
Wanted in Australia for murder, aggravated assault, attempted rape. Latest reports indicate that Dowd died from a 400-foot fall into a school of sharks.
"JUDGE" GRIFFIN
Charged with murder, attempted murder and conspiracy to overthrow the government. Griffin was reported to have been killed by a robot in 1995, but may have faked his own death; he is known to have access to state-of-the-art tissue regeneration technology. Approach with caution, as he has a history of shooting himself to avoid capture.
MR. PHILLIPS
Last seen crashing a plane into the ocean, Phillips comes from a long line of good swimmers and shark hunters, and may still be alive. Wanted for murder, attempted murder, and grand theft, Phillips is armed to the gills and extremely dangerous.
CARL MORGAN
Money-launderer and occasional hit man for a large crime syndicate. Shot by his stepdaughter in 1995, his murder may have been faked to allow him to escape capture. Morgan's trigger finger isn't too itchy, but don't take any chances.
GEN. KAPLAN
A powerful politico wanted for illegal imprisonment, torture, and having no clue how to treat a babe. Anyone who spots Kaplan should keep a low profile and send for Sylvester Stallone.
MICHAEL KOGAN
Wanted for murder and attempted murder, Kogan was very definitely killed in 1998.
"SIR" MILES FOLCONET
Charged with false testimony, conspiracy to defraud taxpayers, and bad taste in women. Possibly killed in a swordfight several centuries ago, Folconet is one tough hombre and may have survived. Any sightings should be reported to King Richard's personal guard.
SUTTER CANE
Wanted for taking over the Earth. If you've had any contact with this man, stay the hell away from us.
