Serviceable made-for-tv crime drama with a little murder, a little romance, a little art gallery swindle. The modern-gothic atmosphere and Prochnow in a sassy bad-guy role make this a decent time-waster for those who can park contentedly before films of the caliber of THE FOURTH WAR and JUDGE DREDD.
