Mad Max ripoff about a dog-eat-dog post-apocalyptic junkyard society. Prochnow lords it over the bad guys. Watchable if you like the genre, but only then; and while Prochnow is the best thing in it - as usual - we didn't think he looked like he was having an awful lot of fun here.
