A terrific movie if you're not antsy; the pace is very slow. Jürgen only has a 4-minute appearance, but it's a fabulous 4 minutes. He's a sadistic Nazi officer. Yes, this got an Oscar for Best Picture; we give it a Movie Rating of 3 because we ARE impatient with slow-paced films, but for a number of reasons it is worth seeing - once, anyway. And if you're a Prochnow fan, you just gotta.
